Online meeting
We schedule an online meeting to discuss the service you need. The goal is to understand the essence of your problem and your needs.
Offer
Based on your needs, we prepare a detailed offer, including a description of our services and the price.
Contract
If you find our offer appealing, we will share our contract and then negotiate the details. (This can be done via e-mail, or we can schedule an online meeting as well.)
After signing the contract, we are expecting an advance (25% of the total cost) from our customer in order to cover the logistics and operational costs.

We provide vehicle dynamics testing solutions, from planning to post-processing and reporting. The steps in our process are as follows:
Planning: Following an online or in-person discussion in which we discovered your objectives, we develop a test plan that includes the runplan with the detailed vehicle dynamics test items, vehicle instrumentation, and all essential vehicle preliminary measurements.
Vehicle instrumentation and preparation: In the workshop of the test track or proving ground, we equip the vehicle with the necessary sensors. We perform the fundamental tests and calibration to ensure that every signal reading is accurate. We also take measurements of the required basic vehicle parameters.
Post-processing: After the testing, our engineers process the data and provide the report. We primarily use MoTeC i2 for data post-processing but can adapt to different DAQ systems as needed by our customers.
Deliverables: The result of the measurement can be a general handling and performance qualities report, a specific vehicle behavior study, or a validated vehicle model for further analysis.
