Online meeting

We schedule an online meeting to discuss the service you need. The goal is to understand the essence of your problem and your needs.

Offer

Based on your needs, we prepare a detailed offer, including a description of our services and the price.

Contract

If you find our offer appealing, we will share our contract and then negotiate the details. (This can be done via e-mail, or we can schedule an online meeting as well.)

After signing the contract, we are expecting an advance (25% of the total cost) from our customer in order to cover the logistics and operational costs.

Preparing for the event, we mostly rely on vehicle simulation, examining the circuit, the vehicle, and the setup. Depending on the needs of our customer, this might be as basic as a point mass simulation or as complex as generating a yaw moment diagram analysis with a sophisticated vehicle model. We understand that validation of the simulation model is critical for good outcomes; thus, we carry out an extensive study before making decisions based on simulation findings. We also provide cost-effective solutions for measuring vehicle inertial parameters, basic suspension K&C, and other vehicle parameters, which are necessary for deeper vehicle dynamics analysis and simulation.

During track testing or race events, we provide valuable information, KPIs, and setup development suggestions to assist your race engineer in making decisions. With some useful information, we can help your drivers better utilize the performance of the vehicle. We also compare the simulation results against current logged data on-site to make sure the vehicle model represents the actual state of the car and grip level of the circuit.
